近日，快手因未经许可传播《德云斗笑社》第一季和第二季、《长相思》（第一季）侵权纠纷两案，广东省高级人民法院、重庆市高级人民法院作出终审判决。两家高级人民法院均认定该短视频平台平台存在大量侵权行为，判令其立即采取过滤、拦截等有效措施阻止侵权视频传播，并分别赔偿权利人经济损失及合理开支6000万元和 2910万元。
新浪科技就此事询问快手方面，对方暂无回应。
据悉，《德云斗笑社》第一季和第二季、《长相思》（第一季）自开播以来，快手平台中出现大量与正片同步播出的侵权剪切端视频，并在侵权视频搜索结果页面投放广告。同时，快手平台中存在大量侵权视频合集，平台上侵权话题“#长相思”的播放量高达86.1亿，其中账号“七七看剧”项下的单个侵权视频合集“长相思”，内有15个侵权视频，播放量为2159.1万次。
证据显示，《德云斗笑社》在维权过程中，向快手公司共发送2179 封“下线通知函”，但平台上仍存在大量重复侵权账号，使侵权范围及影响进一步扩大。
