智通财经APP获悉，一脉阳光(02522)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.4%，报14.72港元，成交额2.1亿港元。

消息面上，8月22日，一脉阳光发布公告，拟折让约12.53%配售3500万股配售股份，净筹约5.62亿港元。公告称，配售事项所得款项净额约40%，用于数据及人工智能领域发展，进一步深耕医学影像数据挖掘、标注及清洗等数据服务能力及研发人工智能应用平台并提供医学影像全流程的应用场景；配售事项所得款项净额约30%，用于通过自主投资或并购的方式，持续扩张公司的医学影像中心业务及赋能解决方案业务，以便占据更多国内市场的战略堡垒点，并同时辐射至海外市场，例如中国香港、新加坡等地区。

值得一提的是，近日，一脉阳光发布截至2025年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，收入4.67亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加12.89%；毛利1.37亿元；股东应占溢利1644.3万元，同比增加328.65%；每股基本盈利0.046元。公告称，集团新设立的影像中心项目预计在2025年下半年逐步交付投入运营。同时，随着国家医疗新基建政策红利持续释放，自2024年末国家医疗设备更新需求逐步恢复，赋能业务收入实现爆发式增长。
