消息面上，近日，荣利营造子公司中标香港一路政署街灯工程项目。8月12日，香港特别行政区政府路政署与荣利营造旗下子公司基硕建筑工程有限公司在香港签署《九龙城区路灯电路改善工程合约》，后者将负责九龙城区路灯电路改善工程，合约总价为2389.6万港元。据悉，荣利营造此前曾作为分包商之一，参与香港国际机场第三跑道基础设施项目，并承接西沙大型住宅地产项目、梅窝的乡村污水收集工程项目、马鞍山溶洞污水处理厂工程、香港国际机场一号停车场翻新工程等项目。
今年6月，荣利营造发布截至2025年3月31日止年度报告，这是公司上市以来披露的首份完整年度报告。报告显示，该财务年度荣利营造收益7.17亿港元，同比增长36.2%。作为香港具有规模的土木、机电工程及新能源业务承建商，荣利营造该财政年度取得的土木工程及机电工程项目增加且进度良好，实现了业务收入的持续增长。
