智通财经APP讯，金科服务(09666)公布2025年中期业绩，总收入约为人民币23.35亿元，同比下降约3.1%。毛利约4.58亿元，同比下降约1.4%。公司拥有人应占溢利6502万元，同比扭亏为盈;每股基本盈利0.11元。
公告称，期内其他亏损净额同比减少约68.5%至1120万元，其主要由于2024年同期，受宏观经济影响，集团对历史期间收购的物业管理公司取得的商誉计提减值，期内未见进一步减值迹象，同比减值损失有所下降。行政开支同比减少约41.9%至约1.77亿元，主要原因是集团贯彻降本增效略有成效;及集团期内未对高能级雇员新增授予股份激励。 贸易应付款项及应付票据同比减少约27.1%至7.385亿元，乃主要由于集团缩减独立第三方贸易应付款项付款周期，以获取供应商降低服务价格。
