智通财经APP讯，德视佳(01846)发布公告，因彼本身的职业发展规划，Markus Braun博士已提出辞任公司执行董事兼首席财务官并将不再担任(i)香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05 条项下的公司授权代表;及(ii)根据香港法例第622 章公司条例第16部代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的公司授权代表，自2025年 9月14日起生效。
Marcus Huascar Bracklo先生已由非执行董事调任为执行董事，并获委任为首席财务官，自2025年9月14日起生效。
自2025年9月14日起： (a) Bracklo先生将不再为审核委员会成员; (b) 独立非执行董事Katherine Rong Xin女士将获委任为审核委员会成员;及 (c) 审核委员会的成员将包括Philip Duncan Wright先生(主席)、Hans Helmuth Hennig先生及Xin女士。
于委任后及自2025年9月14日起，Bracklo先生已获委任为上市规则授权代表及公司条例授权代表兼法律程序文件代理人，以填补Braun博士的空缺。
