《港楼》荣丰亿(03683.HK)殷剑波名下浅水湾道56号相连大宅沦银主盘 10月中旬截标估值3.38亿元

市场资料显示,荣丰亿控股(03683.HK) 控股股东、主席林群丈夫殷剑波名下浅水湾道56号相连大宅,近日被财务公司接管,并委托代理招标,银行估值约3.38亿元,呎价约6.55万元。
Alaw Tree & Capital执行董事Angel Law(罗梅兰)表示,承银主命联合代理公开招标出售浅水湾道56号27、28相连大宅,每间实用面积各2,580平方呎,楼高两层,连约1,664平方呎的全海景平台,总实用面积达5,160平方呎,并连3个有盖车位,截标日期10月10日。

资料显示,殷剑波及相关人士早于2005年分别以5,636.4万及5,734.4万元购入上述两伙,合共涉资约1.13亿元,并以公司名义持有。其后于2016年起多次抵押物业借贷。今年遭财务公司入禀追讨1.96亿元欠债,最终被财务公司接管相关洋房。
去年4月,该两伙单位曾于市场放售,当时银行估值约3.6亿元,呎价约6.78万元,惟未能成功易手。(da/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
