市场资料显示，荣丰亿控股(03683.HK) 控股股东、主席林群丈夫殷剑波名下浅水湾道56号相连大宅，近日被财务公司接管，并委托代理招标，银行估值约3.38亿元，呎价约6.55万元。
Alaw Tree & Capital执行董事Angel Law(罗梅兰)表示，承银主命联合代理公开招标出售浅水湾道56号27、28相连大宅，每间实用面积各2,580平方呎，楼高两层，连约1,664平方呎的全海景平台，总实用面积达5,160平方呎，并连3个有盖车位，截标日期10月10日。
资料显示，殷剑波及相关人士早于2005年分别以5,636.4万及5,734.4万元购入上述两伙，合共涉资约1.13亿元，并以公司名义持有。其后于2016年起多次抵押物业借贷。今年遭财务公司入禀追讨1.96亿元欠债，最终被财务公司接管相关洋房。
去年4月，该两伙单位曾于市场放售，当时银行估值约3.6亿元，呎价约6.78万元，惟未能成功易手。(da/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
