PBM Polytex (BOM:514087) has begun the repair and restoration work at its Petlad manufacturing unit in India to rectify the damage caused due to the fire earlier in the month, according to a BSE filing on Tuesday.
The restoration and repair work is expected to take an additional seven to 10 days to complete before resumption of production.
The company said its operations were covered under comprehensive insurance policies.
The company's shares were down over 1% in recent trade.
