　　粤海投资（00270）午前股价上涨4.09%，现报7.39港元，成交额1.36亿港元。

　　粤海投资发布中期业绩，持续经营业务收入94.28亿港元，同比下降0.6%，主要系百货营运、道路及桥梁业务和发电业务的收入下滑；公司所有者应占溢利26.82亿港元，同比增长11.2%，主要系财务费用节省以及人民币升值带来的汇兑收益。每股基本盈利41.02港仙，拟派中期股息每股26.66港仙。

　　东吴证券指出，公司水资源业务收入稳定增长，东深供水项目贡献税前利润68.95%，该项目在供水量小幅下滑的情况下实现收入利润双增长，体现其市场化调价机制顺畅，盈利能力良好。此外，公司剥离粤海置地后资本负债率降至24.70%，财务费用较同期减少2.01亿港元。该行称，水务板块业绩稳定，剥离粤海置地后负债端改善分红比例稳定&分红确定性强，维持“买入”评级。
