据两位知情人士透露，中国电子商务巨头京东9618.HK的房地产投资部门和另外两家公司计划在新加坡推出房地产投资信托基金（REIT），其资产价值可能超过 10 亿美元。
消息人士称，京东旗下的非上市基础设施投资和资产管理平台京东产发正在与瑞士投资公司 Partners Group 和亚洲投资公司高瓴资本支持的 EZA Hill Property 共同设立REIT。
消息人士补充说，计划中的REIT最快将于明年在新加坡交易所 SGXL.SI 上市，由于此事尚未公开，消息人士不愿具名。此前尚未有报导披露这个REIT计划。
如果该计划成功，由京东产发支持的REIT将成为一年多来新加坡最大的一档新REIT，标志着对该行业的信心不断增强，也凸显出中国资本在东南亚的影响力与日俱增。
消息人士称，继京东产发、Partners Group和EZA Hill本月联手以3.06亿新元（约合2.3856亿美元）从腾飞房地产投资信托基金(CapitaLand Ascendas REIT)CAPD.SI 购买四项物流资产后，该REIT也随之计划成立。
他们补充说，这三家投资者目前正在敲定该REIT的资产组合，预计将包括该财团从腾飞REIT收购的新加坡工业地产。
京东、京东产发、Partners Group 和 EZA Hill 没有回应路透的置评请求。腾飞REIT拒绝透露物流资产买家的身份。
