智通财经APP讯，中环新能源(01735)发布公告，于2025年8月26日，上海微网慧联新能源技术有限公司与公司间接全资附属公司中环低碳新能源科技(香港)有限公司订立战略合作协议，据此，该协议各订约方拟根据互惠互利及资源共享的原则，推动光储充一体化基础设施的建设与发展。
董事会相信，该协议中拟定及概述的合作框架将使集团发挥其在开发及运营新能源项目方面的经验及能力。董事会亦相信是次合作可扩大集团的商机、扩阔其收入来源及提升其财务表现。因此，董事会认为与上海微网的合作将有利于集团的未来发展，并将符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
