据媒体报道，8月24日，内蒙古呼和浩特一女士订了海底捞的套餐外卖，预约次日配送，询问商家是否可以将肉品替换成蔬菜时，遭到商家开黄腔辱骂。

　　该女士称自己没有任何言语不妥的表述，对方就是故意骂人，投诉到海底捞总部后，一位负责人带着牛奶、水果、鲜花等礼物登门道歉，餐费也给退了。海底捞方的解释是平台的原因，账号被黑客攻击了，目前还没找到辱骂自己的那个人。

　　新浪科技就此事询问海底捞方面，海底捞回应称，在三方平台店铺账号出现不当内容及账号异常问题，我们已启动专项调查并对其中可能涉及的问题进行报警处理。海底捞将彻查全貌，对任何涉嫌违规操作、损害顾客权益的行为，坚决追究相关责任。
