Odaily星球日报讯 今日，在日本东京举办的 WebX 2025 大会上，BitMEX 联合创始人、Maelstrom 首席投资官 Arthur Hayes 于会上表示，美国政府推行稳定币的核心动因源于巨额财政赤字。美国政府旨在将规模达 10-13 万亿美元的欧洲美元市场资金引导至可控的稳定币生态体系，美国财政部长贝森特将向各国施压，推动稳定币的采用。稳定币对欧洲美元市场的影响将是革命性的。传统境外银行美元存款脱离于美国监管体系，而稳定币将置于美国银行系统内管理。由于发行方需用储备资金购买美国国债，政府将获得稳定买方支持，这一机制将使贝森特绕过美联储直接控制短期利率。
