港交所披露易最新信息显示平安人寿于8月26日增持829万股农业银行H股股份后于当日达到该行H股股本的15%根据香港市场规则触发举牌。在此之前平安人寿曾在2月17日、5月12日分别举牌农行H股所持该行H股数量占其H股总数分别突破5%、10%。而此番举牌也是平安人寿半年内第三次举牌农行H股。截至目前2025年已有7家上市银行被险资举牌。其中农行H股、招商银行H股、邮储银行H股均被三度举牌郑州银行H股获四度举牌。。
