据每经，继华虹公司拟收购华力微旗下华虹五厂后，半导体晶圆代工领域再现巨额收购。市值9165亿元的中芯国际8月29日晚间披露，拟收购控股子公司中芯北方集成电路制造（北京）有限公司少数股权。具体来看，中芯国际拟发行股票，收购中芯北方49%的股权。中芯北方为中芯国际重要的12英寸晶圆厂。 由于近年来新建的四座12英寸晶圆厂尚在产能爬坡和折旧高峰期，因此，中芯北方是中芯国际当下重要的利润贡献方。蓉和半导体咨询CEO吴梓豪称：“中芯北方是28纳米、45纳米产线，是现在（中芯国际）28纳米的主力。由于中芯北方本来就是并表的（控股子公司），因此收购主要是增加（中芯国际）归母净利润。”
