智通财经APP讯，晨鸣纸业(01812)发布2025年半年度报告摘要，该集团期内取得营业收入21.07亿元人民币，同比减少84.83%;归属于上市公司股东的净亏损38.58亿元，同比盈转亏;每股基本亏损1.31元。
近年来，造纸行业新增产能集中投放，短期供需矛盾突出，公司主要纸品价格特别是白卡纸价格受供需矛盾影响大幅下滑，公司盈利水平持续走低，利润转亏，叠加部分金融机构压缩贷款规模，公司及子公司阶段性出现个别债务未能如期偿还的情形，部分债权人就该等债务向法院提起诉讼并申请财产保全，法院裁定冻结了公司及子公司部分银行账户;此外，自2024年四季度以来，公司部分生产线停机检修，公司根据《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》的相关规定对前述事项进行了披露。截至本报告期末，公司累计债务逾期金额达人民币38.21亿元，累计被冻结银行账户332个，被冻结银行账户的冻结金额累计人民币3938.05万元(未含保证金)，公司部分生产线仍处于停机检修状态。
