智通财经APP讯，胡桃资本(00905)发布公告，于2025年8月30日，公司执行董事兼控股股东蒙品文(透过领华投资控股有限公司持有公司已发行股份总额的56%权益)与库朗控股有限公司(库朗，公司的直接全资附属公司)订立馈赠契据(馈赠契据)。根据馈赠契据，蒙品文不可撤销且无条件地向库朗转移、转易及转让1000万CoinUp(CP)代币(该馈赠)，供其绝对使用(该捐赠)。根据馈赠契据，在任何情况下，将不会有应付代价，库朗不会就该捐赠对蒙品文承担义务(包括但不限于还款义务)。除库朗成为该馈赠的拥有者外，库朗不会就该捐赠承担任何其他权利或义务。
目前，CP代币主要在CoinUp加密货币交易平台上使用和交易。
集团打算将该馈赠作为储备金保留，并可能在适当的时候套现。集团不会就该捐赠确认入账任何收入。该馈赠将由集团持作资本增值，因此将在公司财务报表内视为无形资产。
