智通财经APP获悉，总部位于新加坡的食品供应链追溯区块链技术提供商GrowHub(TGHL.US)于纳斯达克上市首日遭遇破发，收盘价报3.38美元，较4美元的发行价下跌15.50%。该公司此次以每股4美元价格发行380万股普通股，实际募集资金约1500万美元，发行定价处于此前预设的4至5美元区间下限。
GrowHub的核心业务依托其自主研发的区块链追溯平台，该平台基于第三方区块链网络Polygon构建，旨在通过技术手段实现食品供应链从源头到终端消费者的全流程可追溯。
目前该平台已形成三大核心解决方案体系：覆盖种植养殖、加工运输环节的全程追溯系统，基于区块链加密技术的防伪验证体系，以及针对食品碳足迹管理的碳排放追踪方案。
据公开资料显示，该公司业务已拓展至亚洲及大洋洲多个国家，在澳大利亚、不丹、日本、新加坡、印尼、越南、马来西亚等市场建立合作网络。
此次登陆纳斯达克资本市场的交易由Alexander Capital与Network 1 Financial Securities共同担任联合账簿管理人。
