智通财经APP讯，中国艺术金融(01572)发布公告，于2025年8月29日，本公司接获林小梅(债权人)法定代表根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例第178(1)(a)条发出的法定要求偿债书(法定要求偿债书)，要求本公司于法定要求偿债书送达后21日内支付截至2024年9月30日的未偿还贷款总额连同约定利息789.49万港元;2024年10月1日至2025年8月28日的未偿还利息27.99万港元;及2025年6月19日至2025年8月28日的未偿还违约利息27.88万港元，若未能如期支付，则债权人或可向本公司提出清盘呈请。
