智通财经APP讯，京城机电股份(00187)发布公告，于2025年8月29日，天海氢能、天海工业(公司的全资附属公司)及投资方(中车转型升级基金、华舆高新基金、中石油昆仑资本、国机基金、富洋投资、中船投资、隐山基金及通政绿投)订立增资协议及补充协议。根据增资协议及补充协议，投资方同意对天海氢能进行增资，代价合共为人民币2.9亿元。于视作出售事项完成后，天海工业将持有天海氢能约73.54%股权，而投资方将合共持有天海氢能约26.46%股权。
天海氢能主要从事环境保护专用设备制造;通用设备制造(不含特种设备制造);日用产品修理;货物进出口;汽车零配件批发;高性能纤维及复合材料制造;站用加氢及储氢设施销售;液气密元件及系统制造;技术服务、技术开发、技术咨询、技术交流、技术转让、技术推广;碳纤维再生利用技术研发。
根据战略规划布局，天海氢能的增资扩股项目集中整合集团内涉及气氢优势资源，以天海氢能为核心，搭建天海氢能资本平台，积极开展资本运作，吸引市场资源支持天海氢能发展。视作出售事项有助于提升公司竞争力，优化资本结构。
