支付宝:部分商家“恶意营销”引发消费纠纷,对其终止支付服务

IT之家 8 月 29 日消息,支付宝开放平台今日发布《对违规商家终止支付服务的公告》:据支付宝用户反馈,部分商家在推出“话费券”“短剧红包”“流量卡”“盲盒抽奖”“游戏夺宝”等活动时,采用“误导性宣传”“恶意营销”等方式,引发消费纠纷。

支付宝核查发现,上述营销方式涉嫌违反《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》以及支付宝与商家签订的相关收单服务协议。为了营造绿色健康的消费环境,维护消费者合法权益,支付宝对严重侵害用户权益的商家终止支付服务

支付宝称,为更好的服务消费者,商家营销需遵守:

向用户明确展示活动规则,不使用易混淆概念误导消费者。

明确展示支付信息,不得刻意隐藏。

实际权益与宣传承诺相符。

不夸大中奖概率,不夸大奖品效果,公示抽奖结果。

IT之家从公告获悉,如消费者对某项消费有疑问,可在支付账单详情页底部点击【联系商家】与商家客服沟通。如发现商家在支付宝端外营销时有欺诈行为,可保存相关证据向支付宝客服通道反馈。
