智通财经APP获悉，3G资本对斯凯奇(SKX.US)的收购已获得所有必要的监管批准，预计将于9月12日完成交易。
3G资本与斯凯奇达成的94亿美元收购协议包含两种方案：每股63美元现金收购，或每股57美元加新设立的私人母公司一股权益单元的组合方案。
此次收购标志着鞋履行业规模最大的私有化交易之一，使斯凯奇在上市26年后从公开市场退市。展望未来，3G资本计划运用其运营效率专长，加速斯凯奇的全球增长、创新与基础设施投资。
94亿美元的收购金额略低于勃肯鞋(BIRK)97亿美元的市值，但显著高于卡骆驰(CROX.US)、渥弗林集团(WWW.US)、史蒂夫·马登(SHOO.US)和韦科集团(WEYS.US)的市值。
斯凯奇于1999年6月9日在纽约证券交易所上市，开盘价为每股11美元。其历史最高收盘价出现在2025年1月30日，达到每股78.24美元。目前该公司股价维持在略高于63美元收购价的水平。
