智通财经APP讯，亚洲电视控股(00707)发布公告，公司接获联交所日期为2025年8月25日的函件，当中载列以下公司股份恢复买卖的指引(复牌指引)：
(i) 以适当证据及令联交所信纳，证明董事会成员组成有效运作且符合公司的组织章程细则;
(ii) 证明公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条;及
(iii) 向市场披露所有重大资料，以便公司股东及投资者评估公司的状况。
公司必须满足复牌指引，纠正导致其股份暂停买卖的问题，并完全遵守上市规则以令联交所信纳后，方可获准恢复其证券买卖。为达致此目的，公司对制定其复牌行动计划负有主要责任。倘公司的情况有变，联交所可进一步修改或补充复牌指引及╱或提供进一步指引。
此外，继续停牌。
