公告称，收益减少主要由于晚上会所“ FAYE ”因租约期满已于2024年 8月4日停止经营。 亏损改善主要由于晚上会所“ FAYE ”停业导致行销成本及员工成本等经营开支减少;去年同期拨回撇销的贸易应收款项;及出售 Wanchai Amante Shop导致物业租金及相关开支减少。
