晨报讯（通讯员 高攀 南京晨报/爱南京记者 黄燕）近日，溧水区永阳街道龙山社区以党建为引领，持续推进“专业社工+志愿服务”融合试点工作，通过链接各类资源，汇聚多元主体力量，夯实服务阵地，不断提升“专业社工+志愿者”服务品牌影响力，全方位助力未成年人健康成长。

通过联动社区教育中心、关工委、教管会、文体中心、社会组织、社区志愿者等多方力量，推动社区治理从“单打独斗”向“多元共治”转变，专业社工与志愿者相互配合，精心组织策划“暑期公益托管课堂”

下一步，龙山社区将深入推进党建引领“专业社工+志愿服务”融合试点项目，发挥试点先行、示范带动作用，聚焦群众需求，积极组织开展常态化长效化的志愿服务项目。
