美元指数在周五下午基本持平，抹去了早盘的涨幅。数据显示美联储偏好的通胀指标符合经济学家的预期，令市场对美联储的降息预期保持稳定。

　　彭博美元即期指数基本持平，盘中在涨跌之间徘徊。

　　美元指数8月势将下跌1.7%。

　　美国7月消费支出创四个月来最大增幅，表明尽管通胀顽固，但需求依然坚韧。

　　“美国7月PCE数据符合市场预期，这将进一步压制市场对美联储9月大幅降息50个基点的预期，”Brown Brothers Harriman策略师Elias Haddad。

　　Corpay首席市场策略师Karl Schamotta称，这份报告使得“除了9月普遍预期的降息之外，更难证明大幅降息的合理性”。

　　美元/加元跌0.1%，至1.3736。

　　由于与美国的贸易战挤压了出口和企业投资，第二季度加拿大经济出现接近两年来首次萎缩。

　　英镑/美元跌0.1%，至1.3502，在G-10货币中表现最差。

　　欧元/美元涨0.1%，至1.1695，本周势将下跌0.2%。

　　美元/日元涨0.1%，至147.00。

　　受政府公用事业补贴的影响，东京的通货膨胀率大幅放缓，但仍远高于日本央行的目标，使其继续迈向进一步加息的道路。
