ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Miner 报道，Gryphon Digital Mining （NASDAQ: GRYP）股价在周四盘前交易中上涨 11%，此前路透社报道称其与特朗普长子所支持的矿商 American Bitcoin 的全股票合并交易已获股东批准，预计将在未来几周内完成。
合并完成后，新公司将保留 American Bitcoin 的名称，主要由 Hut 8 和特朗普兄弟控制，他们将共同持有约 98% 的股份。新公司计划于 9 月上旬以“ABTC”为交易代码开始交易。
据报道，Gemini 联合创始人泰勒和卡梅隆·文克莱沃斯是该交易的主要投资者之一。美国比特币首席执行官阿舍·吉诺特表示，投资者团队已经确定。
此前消息，比特币矿企 Gryphon Digital Mining 正在通过与在纳斯达克上市的数据管理公司 Sphere 3D 进行反向合并而上市。
