Tion Seng's Unit to Develop Precast Capabilities in Ghana; Shares Up Over 7%

Tiong Seng's (SGX:BFI) subsidiary, Robin Village Development, agreed to worth with Rock Africa, to develop advanced precast capabilities in Ghana, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up over 7% in Friday trading.

Through the partnership, the two parties will collaborate on a pilot student hostel development at the University of Ghana which comprises four residential blocks.

Robin Village will provide design engineering, planning, support and training to build a skilled local workforce.
