Gladiator Resources (ASX:GLA) said it began the process to obtain quotation of the firm's shares on the US-based OTC Markets platform, to complement its ASX listing, according to an Australian bourse filing on Friday.
The firm is seeking to expand its reach to North American investors and enhance liquidity for its shareholders through the move.
The firm's shares advanced over 4% in recent trade, and earlier reached their highest point in over 52 weeks.
