* 本公司同意根据一般授权发行285,920,000股配售股份，配售价每股9.28港元，较周四收市价折让约7.75%
* 配售将筹集的所得款项总额将约为2,653.3百万港元，拟用于增加或投资更多项目，包括收购及/或投资智能机器人解决方案及药物发现解决方案、发掘Web3.0及/或现实世界资产领域的战略机会等
* 本公司计划利用部分募集资金，探索RWA（真实世界资产）及RDA（真实数据资产）等创新金融工具来赋能创新药物研发，在显著提升创新药管线研发过程中的资本使用效率
