Waypoint REIT(ASX:WPR) reported Friday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.2046 per share, up/down from AU$0.1388 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended June 30 was AU$82.4 million, compared with AU$82.5 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$83 million.
The company said it expects full-year distributable earnings per security of AU$0.1664.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of AU$0.16 per diluted share for the full year.
The board declared a quarterly distribution of AU$0.0412 per share, unchanged from AU$0.0412 a year earlier, payable Sept. 10 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
