Glorious Property (HKG:0845) said it will delay publication of its interim results and the dispatch of its interim report, citing pending completion of audit work for its 2024 annual results, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company said the 2024 audited results are expected to impact the preparation of the 2025 interim results, which will be released as soon as practicable after the annual audit is completed.
Trading in Glorious Property shares has been suspended since April 1 and will remain halted until further notice, the company added.
