智通财经APP获悉，香港金融咨询和上市赞助服务提供商绰耀资本（Vittoria）降低了其即将进行的IPO的拟议交易规模。
该公司目前计划以每股4美元至5美元的价格发行180万股股票，筹资800万美元。该公司此前曾申请以同样的价格范围发行230万股股票。在修改后的交易规模的中间点，绰耀资本的融资将比之前预期的少20%。
公司通过全资子公司Red Solar提供上市保荐和证券相关服务，以及财务和合规咨询服务。该公司积极参与香港股权资本市场，其客户包括香港和中国内地以及东南亚国家的私营和上市公司。
绰耀资本成立于2017年，截至2025年6月30日的12个月收入为400万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为VTA。 American Trust Investment Services 是此次交易的唯一簿记行。
