智通财经APP讯，中国再保险(01508)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月业绩，该集团期内取得收入合计610.28亿元(人民币，单位下同)，同比增加0.56%;归属于母公司股东净利润62.44亿元，同比增加9.03%;每股基本盈利0.15元。

2025年上半年，集团着力巩固境内再保险市场主渠道地位，持续推动国内商业保险业务、国家政策导向型业务平台建设，强化创新驱动和科技应用，加大创新推动力度，提升创新成果转化，坚持风险减量服务，在发挥专业优势中创造新价值。集团持续升级客户服务体系，充实承保团队力量，提升技术实力，继续大力拓展建筑工程质量潜在缺陷保险(IDI)、短期健康险、巨灾保险、农业指数及涉农保险、网络安全保险等新兴业务，业务结构持续优化。

2025年上半年，财产再保险分部保险服务收入人民币229.59亿元，同比下降2.2%，占集团保险服务收入的44.3%(不考虑分部间抵销)。财产再保险分部保险服务收入下降的主要原因是国内农业险业务分入已赚保费规模下降。净利润人民币23.38亿元，同比下降9.3%，净利润下降主要原因：一是承保业绩受国内业务结构调整及国际业务巨灾事件影响有所下降;二是投资业绩受利率波动影响，交易类债券公允价值上涨弱于去年同期。
