GCL Energy Technology (SHE:002015) attributable profit rose 26% to 519.3 million yuan in the first half from 410.8 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Earnings per share at the clean energy company grew 29% to 0.3284 yuan from 0.2545 yuan in the prior-year period.
Operating income increased 15% year over year to 5.42 billion yuan from 4.70 billion yuan.
