Midea (SHE:000333, HKG:0300) saw a 25% rise in attributable profit in the first half of 2025 to 26 billion yuan from 20.8 billion yuan in the year-ago period, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Earnings per share for the appliance manufacturer rose to 3.41 yuan from 3.01 yuan in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Total revenue for the half year increased 16% to 252.3 billion yuan from 218.1 billion yuan a year prior.
The firm proposed an interim dividend of 5 yuan per 10 shares for the period.
