China Graphite Group Ltd. has reported its interim results for the first half of 2025, showing a total revenue of approximately RMB39.8 million, a year-on-year increase of 9.3%. Despite facing challenges such as low-price competition and inefficient resource utilization, the company achieved a reduction in net loss to approximately RMB11.9 million, compared with a net loss of approximately RMB16.2 million in the same period of the previous year. Revenue from the sale of spherical graphite and by-products decreased by 52.9% to approximately RMB4.8 million, while revenue from the sale of flake graphite concentrate rose by 20.7% to approximately RMB30.3 million. The sales of unprocessed marble contributed approximately RMB4.6 million to total revenue. The gross profit for the period was approximately RMB6.0 million, representing a 106.9% year-on-year increase, with the gross profit margin improving by 7.0 percentage points to 15.0%. In the first half of 2025, the company adjusted its production strategy, focusing on product quality and cost reduction. The sales volume of spherical graphite was 705 tonnes, a year-on-year decrease of 23.6%, influenced by tepid demand and price competition. Despite these challenges, the company reported improvements in sales performance and cost control measures.
