Cinese International Group Holdings Ltd. has announced its unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The Group reported a revenue of HK$47.7 million, a decrease of 4.8% compared to HK$50.1 million in the same period of 2024. The gross profit fell by 15.5% to HK$15.3 million from HK$18.1 million in the prior period. The loss for the period significantly narrowed to HK$12.8 million, representing a 55.6% decrease from the HK$28.8 million loss reported in the first half of 2024. The basic and diluted losses per share were reduced by 54.2%, from 2.4 HK cents to 1.1 HK cents. Geographically, the revenue from Canada and the United States saw decreases, with Canada dropping to HK$12.9 million from HK$17.2 million and the United States declining to HK$80,000 from HK$161,000. In contrast, revenue from Mainland China increased to HK$34.7 million from HK$32.7 million. The Group's performance across its three main segments, namely Air ticket distribution, Travel business process management, and Travel products and services, was detailed, with Travel products and services contributing the majority of the revenue at HK$34.7 million. The other segments, Air ticket distribution and Travel business process management, generated HK$2.2 million and HK$10.8 million, respectively. Overall, the results reflect a reduction in losses for the period despite a slight decline in revenue.
