智通财经APP讯，国际商业结算(00147)发布公告，于2025年8月29日，本公司与认购方订立认购协议，本公司有条件同意配发及发行，而认购方有条件同意认购合共27.82亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.18港元。认购股份占扩大后已发行股本约12.04%，认购价较2025年8月29日收市价每股0.218港元折让约17.43%。
董事会认为，发行认购股份乃为本集团筹集额外资金以应付一般营运资金需求的良机，同时亦使本集团具备充足资本，以便在不久的将来进一步拓展加密货币相关业务及其他金融科技相关项目。
