8月29日，宝业集团（02355）发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月的中期业绩。公司实现营业额约85.03亿元，较去年同期下降约33%；经营盈利约2.54亿元，较去年同期大幅下降约59%；公司所有者应占盈利约1.41亿元，较去年同期大幅下降约62%；每股盈利约0.27元，较去年同期大幅下降约63%。营业额及经营盈利的下降主要由于行业的下行导致公司建筑施工及房产开发业务收入及利润均较2024年同期有较大幅度的下降。
在业务分部方面，建筑施工业务实现营业额约56.57亿元，较去年同期下降约34%；房产开发业务实现营业额约16.16亿元，较去年同期大幅下降约46%。建筑材料业务实现营业额约10.48亿元，较去年同期增长约5%，但经营亏损约3473万元。整体来看，公司的业务受市场环境及行业竞争加剧影响，面临较大挑战。
