Hearts and Minds Investments (ASX:HM1) named UK-based Prusik Investment Management as its new core fund manager, effective Sept. 1, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Core fund manager appointments are typically made for an initial three-year term, the filing said.
Shares rose 3% in morning trade Friday.
