建设规模：项目主要包括工人村片约2.36万㎡商业设施提升工程、约1.42万㎡宜居空间改造工程、约3.20万㎡区内设施完善工程，完成民居、经营业态改造等周边配套工程

计划工期：365日历天

计划开工日期 ：2025年10月，具体开工时间以开工令为准。（本项目合作期12年，其中建设期2年，运营期10年，运营期自开始运营日至合作期满为止）

合同估算价：项目总投资约13315万元
