智通财经APP讯，百仕达控股(01168)发布公告，于股东在2025年8月18日举行的股东特别大会上通过批准建议更改公司名称的特别决议案后，百慕达公司注册处处长已发出更改名称证书，证明本公司名称已由“Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited”更改为“Z Fin Limited”，而中文名称“百仕达控股有限公司”将不再用作识别用途，以及百慕达公司注册处的登记册中已登记新公司名称，自2025年8月18日起生效。
于更改公司名称生效后，本公司于联交所买卖股份的股份简称将由英文“SINOLINK HOLD”更改为英文“Z FIN”，自2025年9月3日上午九时正起生效。本公司于联交所的股份代号将维持不变，仍为“01168”。由于本公司不再采用中文第二名称，故不再采用中文股份简称。因此，现有中文股份名称“百仕达控股”将不再使用，自上述相同日期起生效。
