军信股份公告，孙公司军信环保(阿拉木图)有限公司近日与哈萨克斯坦共和国生态与自然资源部签署了《哈萨克斯坦共和国阿拉木图市固废科技处置发电项目投资协议》，双方就哈萨克斯坦共和国阿拉木图市固废科技处置发电项目(本项目)的投资事宜达成了合作。项目规划生活垃圾处理规模为不少于2000吨/日，投资者将投资金额为不少于1450亿坚戈(折合不少于2.8亿美元)，项目实施周期为24个月，可延长不超过6个月。项目基本指标包括装机容量为60兆瓦的发电机组，排放应符合2010/75/EU欧盟指令所规定的环境标准。项目若顺利实施，将对公司后续经营业绩产生积极影响。
