呷哺呷哺上半年同比减亏7成,下半年继续发力会员经济、外卖业务

  红星资本局8月31日消息,火锅品牌呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)近日发布2025上半年业绩,期内营收19.42亿元,同比下降18.9%;归母净亏损8407.9万元,相比去年同期归母净亏损2.73亿元,同比减亏约7成。

  对于亏损收窄,呷哺呷哺归因于两方面:首先是从供应链和物流上降本增效,包括通过集采、优化配送路径来降低成本;另外,呷哺呷哺通过关闭低效餐厅等方式,来提升运营效率。

  从门店数量来看,截至2025上半年末,旗下的呷哺呷哺和凑凑品牌门店总数为937家,较去年中净减少134家门店。

  关于下半年规划,呷哺呷哺称,一方面将创新礼品卡等会员权益,优化会员产品,结合时令节点推出差异化权益。另一方面,呷哺呷哺想在线上快速布局外送服务并推出外送新产品,开拓简餐熟食市场;同时,还将联合动漫IP哆啦A梦战略合作,希望抓住年轻消费群体。

  截至8月29日收盘,呷哺呷哺股价报0.81港元/股,总市值8.8亿港元。
