长实(01113.HK) 与新地(00016.HK) 合作发展的屯门飞扬一期，昨日(28日)公布最新优惠，由下周一(9月1日)起，凡购买指定4伙在售的山景两房单位之买家，除可享现有高达17%楼价折扣优惠及“Free住泊2.0”优惠外，更可获额外即时直接扣减楼价4万元之限时折扣，优惠期至9月30日止。
是次4伙指定在售的两房单位包括第2座1楼、5楼、10楼及15楼K室，实用面积均为468平方呎。
当中入场单位为2座1楼K室，以90天付款计划成交期计算，扣除所有楼价折扣及优惠，指定单位可享总优惠达118.7万元，折实售价为492.7万元，折实呎价约10,527元。
长江实业营业部副首席经理杨桂玲表示，早前集团同系项目开售，吸引了不少用家及投资者入市，市场反应热烈，销情理想，由此可见市场对优质项目的需求殷切，反映市场有显著回升的趋势。
