智通财经APP讯，开源控股(01215)公布2025年中期业绩，收益7466.2万港元，同比减少48.08%;净亏损9995.6万港元，同比盈转亏;每股亏损0.78港仙。
公告称，由盈转亏主要是由于(i)Paris Marriott Hotel部分区域关闭进行装修，导致其取得的收入减少，以致取得毛亏约1010万港元;(ii)取得联营公司的贷款的减值拨备约6370万港 元;(iii)由于2024年续期的1.75亿欧罗银行贷款利率上升，导致本期间融资成本增加;及(iv)由于银行存款利率下降，其他收入及收益减少。
