First Tractor Company (HKG:0038) reported 769 million yuan in attributable profit for the first half of 2025, falling from a profit of 905.3 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Earnings per share was 0.6844 yuan, compared with 0.8057 yuan in the prior year.
Operating revenue fell to 6.93 billion yuan from 7.81 billion yuan a year earlier, figures showed.
The company also announced plans to pay dividends of 0.06844 yuan per share at a yet-to-be determined date.
Shares of the tractor company gained 7.6% in afternoon trade Friday.
