智通财经APP讯，中国联塑(02128)发布公告，自采纳股份奖励计划(该计划)日期起及直至本公告日期止，并无根据该计划授出股份。鉴于本公司预期不会于该计划届满前根据该计划进一步授出奖励，且为降行政管理成本，董事会已议决自2025年8月31日起终止该计划。
根据该计划规则，该计划将于奖励期结束或董事会决定的提前终止日期(以较早者为准)终止，但该终止不得影响任何选定参与人的任何现有权利。由于尚未有选定参与人，董事会认为，终止将不会影响任何选定参与人的任何存续权利，不会对本公司产生任何重大不利影响，且符合本公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
