 8月29日，海口市政府与创维集团有限公司签署战略合作协议。市委书记范少军，市委副书记、代市长张勇，创维集团创始人黄宏生见证签约。

根据协议，双方将把握海南自由贸易港封关运作、扩大开放机遇，发挥市企各自优势，深化对外投资、先进制造、供应链建设、租赁经济、新能源等领域合作，实现互利共赢发展。

签约仪式前，范少军、张勇会见黄宏生一行，双方围绕持续深化相关领域合作进行交流探讨。
