当地时间28日，美国耐克集团表示计划进行新一轮裁员。本轮裁员预计将影响不到1%的员工，目前还不清楚具体有多少个工作岗位将会受到影响。去年2月，耐克宣布裁员2%，即1500多个职位。

　　耐克在一份声明中表示，本次裁员是公司领导层进行业务重组、努力恢复业绩增长的一部分。裁员不会影响到耐克在欧洲、中东地区和非洲的业务，旗下匡威品牌的业务也不会受到影响。受影响的员工将在9月8日前得知相关消息，大多数新职位将于9月21日生效。截至今年5月31日，耐克在全球拥有约77800名员工，其中包括全职和兼职员工。

　　耐克表示，这种新的格局旨在将体育和体育文化重新置于中心位置，与运动员和消费者建立更深入的联系。耐克在其前任首席执行官唐若修的领导下，改变了业务的划分方式。不再按运动项目划分，而是分为女性、男性和儿童业务。去年10月，埃利奥特·希尔接任新一任总裁兼首席执行官后，推动业务重组，将业务集中在体育和文化上。

　　耐克公布的财报显示，在截至今年5月31日的2025财年中，耐克全球营收463亿美元，同比下滑约10%；净利润同比骤降44%至32亿美元，为近5年最差纪录。据悉，耐克曾引以为傲的鞋类业务成为拖累整体业绩的主因，这一品类的销售额在全球范围内下滑约13%。服装类虽相对稳健，但也出现约12%的跌幅，显示出耐克集团在多品牌运营策略上遭遇挑战。
